We are looking for a FM CCC Operations Coordinator to join our team at Robinson & Co (Singapore) Pte Ltd. As a key member of our Facilities Management operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our facilities management operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, BMS installation and maintenance, and computer knowledge. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role is required. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
The FM CCC Operations Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring equipment failure, raising job cards for contractors, and reporting to the facilities manager. The successful candidate will also be responsible for advising managers on outstanding work against service level agreements and monitoring energy savings.
