Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure effective planning and execution.
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Supervise and manage the activities of supervisors, assigning tasks and providing guidance as needed.
- Handle HR-related tasks, including visa renewals, insurance, overtime, and salaries, in collaboration with the finance team.
- Perform other high-level tasks as required by the company.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably with a reputable company.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and effective communication skills.
- Fluency in English, Arabic, and Urdu.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Full-time position with a competitive salary package.
