Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join our team in the Middle East region.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing cost accounting activities, preparing regional forecasts, and reconciling balance sheet accounts.

You will also contribute to the maintenance of fixed asset registers, intercompany agreements, and Hyperion submissions (including GAAP adjustments), as well as providing support for year-end statutory accounts and audit requirements.

A successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in spreadsheet software, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.



Responsibilities

  • Manage cost accounting activities and produce regional forecasts on a monthly basis
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain fixed asset registers
  • Prepare monthly management accounts packs for senior management
  • Submit Hyperion submissions (including GAAP adjustments)
  • Contribute to year-end statutory accounts and audit requirements for group purposes
  • Calculate balance sheets and projections
  • Submit quarterly cash flow submissions on Hyperion
  • Input capital requests on company systems
