  2. Monitor and control access to facilities, verifying that only authorized hotel guests are using the amenities.
  3. Stay vigilant and knowledgeable about safety procedures and protocols, exercising caution at all times.
  4. Deliver friendly and attentive service to guests, responding to their needs and requests.
  5. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in all areas, including equipment and facilities.
  6. Collect and distribute linens, towels, and other essential items as required.
  7. Manage and rotate a sufficient supply of clean linens and towels, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  8. Participate in regular inventory checks of linens and towels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  9. Operate equipment and systems responsibly, reporting any facility issues or concerns.
  10. Comprehend and adhere to hotel policies regarding fire safety, hygiene, health, and regulations.

What We're Looking For

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a similar Recreation Attendant role.
  2. A naturally outgoing and friendly personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.
  3. A team-oriented mindset and flexibility to adapt to a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities.
  4. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
