Role Overview
In this role, you will perform various accounting tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze accounting activities to maintain accurate journal and account entries.
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers based on sales orders, contracts, or services rendered.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue accounts to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Process vendor bills and expenses on time, adhering to proper documentation and approval procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to price products and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Record all stock movements (purchases, sales, returns, adjustments) accurately.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have at least 1 year of experience in Dubai and be a Filipino lady. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
