The Personal Assistant will provide administrative support to senior management and the company. This includes conducting administrative duties, organizing activities, and receiving confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  2. Providing secretarial support to senior management.
  3. Organizing conferences and training sessions as required.
  4. Managing office supplies and ensuring adequate stock levels.
  5. Maintaining filing systems and ensuring all documents are filed daily.
Requirements:
  1. Secondary level of education; degree holder preferred.
  2. At least five years of previous administration experience.
  3. Experience within a large multi-cultured organization.
  4. Excellent English communication skills.
  5. High computer literacy - proficient in Microsoft Office.
  6. Presentable and calm personality with experience dealing with senior management.
  7. Excellent organizational skills.
  8. Discretion with confidential information.
