  4. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of immigration services.
  5. Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to junior team members on immigration procedures and regulations.

  7. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on immigration trends, statistics, and best practices to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
