Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • 6 years of experience in training and development, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Public sector training and development experience
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and adult learning methodologies
  • Experience with authoring tools such as Captivate and Storyline
