Job Title: Backend Software Engineer

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As a Backend Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs for mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and secure backend systems.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Implement data storage solutions such as databases, data warehouses, and caching mechanisms.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the performance of existing backend systems.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the backend architecture is current.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Backend Developer, preferably in mobile app development.
  • Strong proficiency in server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP.
  • Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other NoSQL databases.
  • Understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  • Knowledge of cloud services and infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of security principles and best practices for backend development.
  • Experience with real-time communication technologies such as WebSockets.
  • Understanding of mobile application development and the integration of backend services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED 3,500.00 - AED 4,500.00 per month

Ability to Commute/Relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
