At Sunrise Capital Dubai, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist in the Luxury Property Sector to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new sales leads, developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects, and conducting presentations and property tours for potential clients.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and at least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate or luxury property sectors. A proven track record of meeting sales targets, strong negotiation skills, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and generating new sales leads.
- Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects.
- Conducting presentations and property tours for potential clients.
A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market and be able to build and maintain strong client relationships. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is also required.
