Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and managing store teams to maximize profitability and maintain brand image. They will manage store operations and workforce in line with business objectives at Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer service standards and enable exceptional customer experiences through understanding of company CX standards and individual customer needs.
  • Drive the Store team to deliver highest levels of customer service at all times.
  • Build professional relationships with support teams and provide feedback to Marketing, Buying, and Planning.
  • Manage and implement sales promotions and brand activities.
  • Maximize sales opportunities through clear communication with Buying and Planning departments.
  • Ensure smooth store operations in the absence of the store manager.
