Assistant Role

This position assists the Business Development Department, supporting Relationship Managers with their tasks. Key duties include preparing reports, managing paperwork, and coordinating events.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Analyze financial data, conduct market research, and industry analysis;
  2. Support Relationship Managers in completing reports and paperwork;
  3. Prepare necessary documents for loans and accounts;
  4. Organize and coordinate events for Relationship Managers, such as meetings and conferences;
  5. Review meeting notes, ensure follow-up actions;
  6. Familiarize yourself with industry rules and company policies.
Essential Skills
  • Fluent English speaker or native speaker preferred;
  • Southeast Asian national considered advantageous;
  • University degree in a related field (Finance, Economics, Accounting, etc.);
  • Previous experience in international banking/financial industry assistant roles beneficial;
  • Awareness of Bank's products and services helpful;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software;
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
