As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and exceeds their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food and Beverage Service: Perform all necessary tasks to service food and beverage according to our hotel's standards of performance.
- Guest Interaction: Greet and seat customers, serve them in a professional, discreet, and personalized way, and acquire in-depth knowledge of our food and beverage menu to assist and provide advice to guests.
- Quality Control: Consistently monitor the quality of food and beverage being served and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the outlet.
- Customer Relations: Practice good customer relations, attend to customer complaints and queries satisfactorily, and use up-selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.
- Pre-Service Preparations: Ensure all service preparations are completed before, during, and after service, including mis-en-place and mis-en-scene.
- Waste Reduction: Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or culinary arts degree preferred.
