As an essential member of the administrative team, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating professional development courses, managing training and research grants, and contributing to program enhancement.
About the Role:
- Coordinate and manage professional development courses, including registrations, participant support, materials, and certification.
- Assist in financial tasks, updating budgets, handling invoices, contracts, and managing the UoM eCommerce platform.
- Orchestrate targeted promotion of ASD training through various channels, including websites, mail-outs, and training materials.
- Develop training calendars, liaise with stakeholders, and contribute to program enhancement and feedback.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively within a supportive administrative team, fostering collaboration across all levels. Required Skills and Qualifications:
