Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Coordinator to join our team at Align Staffing Solutions.

Job Summary:

The Community Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our communities, ensuring that all aspects of community management are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide personalized solutions to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Communication: Establish and maintain regular communication with community members, service providers, and internal stakeholders, keeping them informed of updates, emergencies, and health and safety issues.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct daily inspections of assigned communities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing proactive resolutions to maintain high standards.
  • Service Provider Management: Review and evaluate service provider performance, ensuring they meet our standards and expectations.
  • Procurement: Identify procurement needs of the community, survey the market to find suitable suppliers, and negotiate contracts to ensure the best value for our clients.
  • Complaint Resolution: Respond to and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Crisis Management: Coordinate with relevant teams during crises and emergencies, reporting incidents to authorities and escalating as necessary.
  • Community Events: Assist in coordinating community events, working closely with the line manager to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Insurance Claims: Coordinate community insurance claims, following up with local authorities as required.
  • Reporting: Prepare scheduled and ad-hoc reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve community operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a relevant area, preferably in a medium to large organization.
  • Graduate Degree in Engineering or Building Management preferred.
  • M-100 certification required.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and handle multiple assignments.
