At NEW REVIVE GREEN TECHNOLOGY WATER PURIFICATION LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled MEP Planning Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed MEP project schedules.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed MEP project schedules ensuring alignment with overall project timelines and milestones.
  • Coordinate with architects engineers and contractors to integrate MEP systems into the overall project design effectively.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential delays in MEP installation.
  • Prepare and manage the procurement schedule for MEP materials and equipment ensuring timely availability and compliance with specifications.
  • Collaborate with site teams to ensure MEP work is executed according to approved plans and standards.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss project status challenges and solutions related to MEP aspects.
  • Utilize project management software and tools to track progress and generate reports for stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation including progress reports change orders and final handover materials.
  • Ensure compliance with local codes regulations and safety standards throughout the MEP project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Electrical or Civil Engineering or a related field is essential for technical understanding.
  • Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing subcontractors effectively on-site.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project is critical for efficient scheduling.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems including HVAC plumbing and electrical installations is necessary for informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus for multinational projects.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address unforeseen challenges during project execution.
  • A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies in MEP project management.
