Key Responsibilities

The Sr. Specialist - Construction will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with Franchisees to provide expert guidance and support throughout the design, procurement, and construction phases.
  • Tracking timelines, forecasting progress, and ensuring projects are completed as planned.
  • Monitoring capital costs, supporting value engineering opportunities, and driving construction cost efficiencies.
  • Ensuring all new restaurants meet our brand's construction and design standards.
  • Managing project tracking software, maintaining cost databases, and supporting company initiatives.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in construction management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B construction management rollout programs. You should also have knowledge of construction processes and techniques, project planning and budgeting, construction materials/specifications, building codes, zoning laws, and contracts.

Additionally, you will need to possess strong negotiation, communication, and management skills, as well as international business experience. Proficiency in MS Office is also required. Architecture or construction internship or work experience is preferred.

What We Offer
