  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (such as medical staff, administration, and Patient Relations) to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, conduct competitor research, and identify opportunities for growth and market penetration.
  • Event Planning: Plan and organize events, workshops, and health fairs to engage the community and raise awareness about hospital services.
  • Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, utilizing metrics and KPIs to optimize campaigns.
  • Brand Management: Monitor and respond to online and traditional media ensuring that a positive image of American Hospital Dubai's Satellite Clinics is maintained and enhanced.
  • Marketing Materials: Oversees the production of all Satellite Clinics marketing materials, including printed documents, media advertising spots, website content, and social media accounts.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Skills: Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards related to marketing activities, skills in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation, skills in interpersonal and project management, ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities, ability to speak in English fluently, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
