Vos responsabilités incluront :

  • Enregistrement et traitement des écritures comptables pour garantir que toutes les transactions commerciales sont documentées
  • Mise à jour des comptes clients et émission/traitement des factures
  • Mise à jour des comptes fournisseurs et réalisation des réconciliations
  • Assistance dans la préparation des bilans, des états des résultats et d'autres états financiers conformément aux directives comptables et financières d'Eathos
  • Maintien des données financières à jour dans les bases de données pour garantir que l'information soit précise et disponible immédiatement lorsque nécessaire
  • Support aux comptables seniors dans la préparation des clôtures mensuelles/annuelles et des audits externes/internes
  • Assistance dans la révision des dépenses, des dossiers de paie et toute autre tâche assignée par le Comptable en Chef


Exigences
  • Minimum de deux ans d'expérience en tant qu'Assistant Comptable Junior
  • Excellente maîtrise des outils MS Office (en particulier Excel) et familiarité avec les logiciels comptables pertinents
  • Bonne compréhension des principes et pratiques de reporting comptable et financier
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à travailler sous pression dans un environnement dynamique
  • Esprit d'équipe et maîtrise de la communication en anglais
  • Excellentes capacités d'organisation et grande attention aux détails
  • Diplôme de licence en comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Disponibilité immédiate préférée
