About Us

Ostium Talent is a leading strategic communications consultancy seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant to join its growing team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have approximately 4-7 years of experience within the field of corporate communications, reputation management, crisis communications, and issues management.

They will be well versed with the nuances of the industry; able to hold their own with experienced, specialised professionals. Excellent project management capabilities including organisational, time, and priority management skills are required.

Experience in managing financial communications projects, including a strategic understanding of the processes, protocol, risks, and communications development, would be useful.

Arabic language skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive project implementation and delivery to specified deadlines, managing across a number of different client stakeholders.
  • Develop an internal client network and build strong, trusted relationships both within the business and with other contractors.
  • Fantastic media relations skills and network.
  • Handle a wide range of contracts (business and key trade press) in media handling.
  • Provide mentoring and coaching to junior team members; support their development.
