Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a portfolio of client entities in various jurisdictions, providing corporate services assistance, including Incorporation, Secretarial, Accounting, Compliance, and Payroll services.
  2. Act as Relationship Manager for a portfolio of Companies to ensure smooth onboarding processes and compliance documentation.
  3. Liaise with team members to ensure accurate data entry, system maintenance, and compliance reporting.
  4. Process payroll for employees on a monthly basis, calculating wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
  5. Maintain and update company and employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in salary or benefits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Services, administrative management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
