Main Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Developing long-term growth plans to increase profitability.
  • Collaborating with the Board to create financial forecasts, budgets, and goals.
  • Optimizing funds to support large-scale projects.
  • Establishing risk management strategies to protect the company's assets.
  • Leading investment strategies to drive company growth.
  • Supervising investments and capital expenditure plans.
  • Overseeing back-office functions to ensure consistent reporting.
  • Implementing automated financial systems to streamline reporting.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  1. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field; professional accounting qualification is a must.
  2. A proven track record in a family-owned setup is a must.
  3. A proven track record within B2B/CAPEX-intensive industries is a must.
  4. Knowledgeable on UAE regulations, tax laws, and compliance.
