Responsabilidades Principales:

 Cumplir con los procesos, políticas y procedimientos operativos estándar establecidos por el departamento para garantizar prácticas laborales consistentes y controladas.

 Promover los valores y la ética de la organización para fomentar una cultura de integridad y responsabilidad.

 Liderar la identificación de oportunidades para mejorar los sistemas contables y aumentar la eficiencia operativa.

 Contribuir a la implementación y prueba de controles internos para asegurar la continuidad y efectividad de los procesos.

 Evaluar y mitigar riesgos relacionados con impuestos para garantizar el cumplimiento de regulaciones y políticas organizacionales.

 Monitorear cambios en las leyes y regulaciones fiscales e implementar las actualizaciones necesarias en los procesos y procedimientos internos.

 Proporcionar apoyo y orientación a los equipos internos sobre cuestiones fiscales y requisitos de cumplimiento.

 Desarrollar procedimientos de presentación y reporte fiscal, así como documentos de proceso, y proporcionar el conocimiento necesario al personal para asegurar el cumplimiento.

 Realizar las modificaciones necesarias en el sistema ERP para implementar códigos y archivos relacionados con impuestos.

Cumplimiento y Reporte Fiscal:

 Preparar y presentar declaraciones fiscales precisas en cumplimiento con las leyes y regulaciones aplicables.

 Ofrecer asesoría estratégica en planificación fiscal para minimizar pasivos fiscales y maximizar beneficios financieros.

 Mantenerse actualizado sobre cambios en las leyes y regulaciones fiscales para asegurar el cumplimiento y minimizar riesgos.

 Asistir en auditorías e investigaciones de autoridades fiscales proporcionando la documentación y explicaciones necesarias.

 Preparar actualizaciones sobre el archivo local/master para las empresas registradas con el impuesto corporativo.

Análisis y Reporte Financiero:

 Analizar datos financieros para identificar oportunidades de ahorro fiscal e implementar estrategias fiscales efectivas.

 Elaborar estados financieros e informes de acuerdo con los principios contables y las directrices organizacionales.

 Colaborar con partes interesadas internas para identificar las implicaciones fiscales de las decisiones empresariales y proporcionar recomendaciones.
