Responsibilities- Manage the preparation and input of multiple UK and international payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Liaise with external payroll providers to resolve issues and improve processes.
- First point of contact for employee queries about their pay.
- Maintain payroll processing systems and records, ensuring accurate payments and reports.
- At least 10+ years' experience in payroll operations, with a strong knowledge of UK and international regulations.
- Demonstrable skills in end-to-end payroll processing, including setup, implementation, and maintenance of payroll systems.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong working knowledge of project methodologies and experience of working on multiple projects.
