Job Description:
  • The successful candidate will oversee the management of day-to-day office operations, including administrative and support services.
  • We require someone who can supervise and train administrative staff, ensuring they work efficiently and effectively.
  • They should have experience managing office budgets, expenses, and resources, ensuring all expenses are within budget and resources are used effectively.
  • They will also be responsible for managing office hardware and PCs, ensuring they are working properly.
  • We need someone who can develop and implement office policies and procedures, ensuring they comply with company policies and regulations.
  • The successful candidate will coordinate with other departments and external vendors to ensure all office needs are met in a timely manner.
  • They will manage office equipment and supplies, maintaining them as needed.
  • Additionally, they will maintain accurate records and files, keeping them up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • We require someone who can plan and organize meetings, events, and conferences, making all arrangements in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • The successful candidate will manage VISA and residency arrangements for staff members, ensuring travel arrangements are made according to company policies.
  • They should ensure all office communications are clear, concise, and professional.
