We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Control Officer to join our team at شركة G4S. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing credit risks and ensuring timely payments from customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Credit Risks: Identify and mitigate potential credit risks, ensuring that our company's financial interests are protected.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and optimize cash flow to ensure timely payments and minimize outstanding receivables.
  • Customer Contract Management: Update and maintain accurate customer contract details, ensuring compliance with approved credit terms.
  • Payment Collection: Ensure prompt payment from customers, resolving any invoicing or billing issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on credit risk management, cash flow, and customer payments.
  • Department Coordination: Collaborate with the department to achieve goals and objectives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma or degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business, or a relevant field from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in collection and credit control.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite applications, especially MS Excel and Google Sheets. Knowledge of ERP packages is a must.
  • Language: Fluency in English (speaking and writing) is required. Arabic knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Personal Qualities: Attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a valid UAE driving license.
