**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Petrochemical Assets Manager to join our team at MatchaTalent. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our refinery assets and ensuring their optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Briefing and Support: Brief senior management on key decisions and prepare supporting materials as needed.
  • Joint Venture Management: Oversee or conduct analysis on joint ventures, prepare materials for internal approvals, and manage review and alignment processes.
  • Resource Access and Coordination: Assist joint ventures in accessing resources and services within the company.
  • Information Management: Monitor, manage, or coordinate information requests, audits, site visits, and communications between the company and joint ventures.
  • Interface Management: Understand all interfaces between the company and joint ventures, and intervene where necessary to ensure value creation and maintain support.
  • Performance Reporting: Manage ongoing operational and financial performance reporting, including internal metrics/tracking and investor-level reporting.
  • Strategy Development: Help develop the company's strategy and business plan for joint ventures.
  • Influencing Plan: Develop and drive the implementation of a coordinated influencing plan in line with the company's approved strategy and business plan.
  • Performance Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for performance improvement or synergy capture, develop associated business cases, and negotiate with joint ventures/partners to adopt.
  • Risk Management: Develop and annually update joint ventures risk registries, including separate company and JV risks.
