We are seeking a Strategic Account Relationship Specialist to join our team at EXANTE Limited. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with top-tier clients, including premium retail and institutional clients, financial institutions, and high net-worth individuals.

Your primary goal will be to provide solutions to client inquiries while complying with all company policies, practices, and procedures. You will conduct regular meetings with clients to review their needs, goals, and satisfaction levels, identify opportunities to expand services and solutions to existing clients, collaborate with the Regional Head, sales, and marketing teams to formulate strategies aimed at enhancing client relationships and supporting business development, and negotiate contracts and agreements to enhance business performance and client satisfaction.

You will also focus on managing wide-scale service issues and handling trade-related problems, oversee trade and margin analysis, manage accounts and funding processes, and apply a strong understanding of cash markets, equities, and derivatives to support client needs. Furthermore, you will develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client relationships and achieve business objectives, analyze market trends and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and company goals.
