Job Overview

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for establishing and maintaining quality standards within the PET manufacturing process. This role is crucial in ensuring that all products meet the required specifications and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards in PET production.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to verify adherence to quality specifications.
  • Identify and rectify quality discrepancies promptly to maintain production integrity.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of inspections, testing results, and quality audits for accountability and traceability.
  • Analyze manufacturing workflows to pinpoint opportunities for quality enhancement.
  • Propose and execute modifications aimed at improving product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with production teams to refine and optimize processes and methodologies.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams, including engineering and research & development, to tackle quality challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Present quality assurance findings and suggestions to management and relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications and Educational Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in the field. Open to candidates of any nationality.

Compensation is set at AED 6,000.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies such as Six Sigma, ISO standards, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
  • Proficiency in quality control software and tools.
