Job Description
The Ripple Custody team is seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our Middle East & Africa region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing commercial relationships with Ripple customers, including large global banks and crypto companies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to formulate deal strategies, tactics, and account plans, developing the necessary relationships to move deals to closure. Your expertise in distributed ledger technology and digital asset use cases will enable you to advise and sell to financial institutions, unlocking new opportunities for growth and revenue.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need strong network connections with large financial institutions, asset managers, and crypto natives who require digital asset custody solutions. A good understanding of the digital asset custody market is essential, as is 10+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development, Software/IT System product management, Technical Sales, Solution Architecture, or equivalent. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Turkish (spoken and written) is preferred. You must demonstrate a proven track record of successful sales or business development support, with a strong ability to work effectively with team members, take on responsibility, and work independently. Travel may be required for client and company engagements.
