The Weatherford International Oil Field Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the smooth operation, safety, and maintenance of our facilities. This critical role involves managing subcontractor activities, resources, implementing HSE standards, and ensuring compliance with relevant local legislation.
- Ensure Weatherford OEPS facility safety standards are implemented across all base facilities and staff houses.
- Manage subcontractor activities at base to ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with Project Leaders (PLs) on resource sharing and management.
- Monitor preventive/predictive maintenance activities for major and minor shop components.
- Track and report monthly utilities consumption at base.
- Verify that necessary base operating licenses and certifications required by local legislation are in place and valid.
- Implement and maintain HSE standards across all base facilities and staff houses.
- Coordinate and manage transportation fleets and carpooling arrangements.
- Oversee waste reduction initiatives as described in the annual Facility Environmental Improvement Plan (FEIP).
- Maintain facility equipment records and perform regular inspections.
- Support country HSE teams in implementing daily HSE activities.
