Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Update and maintain the HRIS, ensuring accurate employee data for payroll, benefits, and deductions.
- Coordinate the verification of new joiners and leavers, ensuring proper documentation for payroll accuracy.
- Review and approve payroll reports before submission to the Accounting Team.
- Audit and process time, attendance, leave, and final settlements for departing employees.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience in payroll processing and HRIS management.
- Knowledge of labor laws, payroll regulations, and financial reconciliation.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR/payroll systems and MS Office.
