About the Role

The Compensation and Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for managing payroll processing, HRIS maintenance, and compliance with labor law regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Update and maintain the HRIS, ensuring accurate employee data for payroll, benefits, and deductions.
  • Coordinate the verification of new joiners and leavers, ensuring proper documentation for payroll accuracy.
  • Review and approve payroll reports before submission to the Accounting Team.
  • Audit and process time, attendance, leave, and final settlements for departing employees.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in payroll processing and HRIS management.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, payroll regulations, and financial reconciliation.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR/payroll systems and MS Office.
