  • Technical Submittals: Prepare and submit technical documents to customers and stakeholders.
  • CRM and ERP: Utilize CRM or ERP systems to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and analyze business performance.
  • Communication and Organization: Develop strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales representatives, marketing teams, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Quality Control: Verify data accuracy in orders and invoices, process orders, and ensure all specified products match company proposals.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Logistics and Delivery: Coordinate procurement, logistics, and deliveries to ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of work experience as a Sales Administrator or Coordinator in the building materials industry.
  • Skills: Hands-on experience with CRM or ERP software, MS Office (particularly MS Excel), and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Qualifications: Previous experience with sanitary wares or building materials is a plus.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and willingness to continually learn and build knowledge.
