Our client is looking for an experienced accountant to oversee and manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting for multiple businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting for multiple businesses.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for properties and the overall business.
  • Supervise the general ledger accounting, ensuring accurate recording of all transactions.
  • Coordinate and prepare property-specific reports, including profit and loss statements, cash flow analysis, and occupancy rates.
  • Oversee the billing and collections process for tenants, ensuring timely payments and resolving discrepancies.

Requirements:
  • Must be certified Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • 4-5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in development, real estate accounting or property management.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate accounting, including property management, lease structures, CAM charges, and depreciation methods.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid understanding of specific financial regulations.
  • Proven leadership and management experience, with ability to oversee a team and foster collaboration across departments.
