The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of IKEA stores. This position oversees all technical areas, including electricity, phone systems, loudspeaker systems, fire prevention and alarm systems, ventilation, water systems, elevators, travellators, escalators, etc.

  • Regular maintenance of store facilities to provide a safe, clean, and functional environment for visitors and customers.

Health & Safety:

To ensure a secure store environment through regular audits, evacuations, and action plans.

To guarantee that Duty manager routines and peak day planning is documented, updated, and implemented for seamless store operations.
