Front Desk Specialist

Piermont Search is recruiting on behalf of an international law firm seeking a highly skilled and experienced receptionist to join their team.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to provide exceptional customer service to visitors and colleagues.
This role involves providing administrative support to marketing, HR, and legal secretaries, including meeting room bookings, catering arrangements, and general office organization.
Responsibilities- Greet visitors and provide refreshments
- Screen and direct calls to ensure efficient communication
- Manage meeting room bookings and schedules
- Organize catering and events as required
- Liaise with couriers and delivery services
- Assist other departments with ad-hoc administrative duties
- Immediate availability to start work
- Currently residing in Abu Dhabi
- A degree is preferred but not necessary
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist role, preferably in an international law firm or a multinational financial services organization
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) are required, and Arabic language skills will be advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
- Well-organized and presented, with attention to detail
Working hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, in a professional and friendly environment.
