Job Overview
As an Account Management Director at MAGRABi Retail Group, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of commercial plans to drive revenue growth from B2B accounts. Your primary goal is to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including Medical Insurance Companies, to ensure increased revenue, develop potential sales principals, and achieve customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities
Develop and implement overall enterprise sales plans, budgets, and pricing strategies to achieve business objectives. Develop, nurture, and maintain strong mutually beneficial relationships between MAGRABi and key client accounts. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the market related to competitors, pricing, discounts, and input into the preparation of sales and business development strategies.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent. 10+ years of experience in a similar role. Business planning and commercial awareness. In-depth understanding of overall Sales policies, commercial standards, regulations, and procedures. Excellent analytical and effective communication skills. Strong knowledge of market trends.
