Miral Experiences is looking for a seasoned professional to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist.

In this key position, you will be responsible for driving our recruitment strategy, identifying and attracting top talent, and ensuring seamless interview processes.

You will partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective hiring plans. Your expertise in talent sourcing and acquisition will enable us to build a strong pipeline of top candidates.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify their needs and create tailored hiring plans.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source top candidates.

To succeed in this role, you will need 3-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the UAE theme park or hospitality industry. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is required. You must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
