Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking ownership of key areas in Talent Acquisition and Management, encompassing Onboarding and Offboarding, Recruitment, HR Administration, and Talent Sourcing and Management.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and Executing a Comprehensive Onboarding Program to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
  • Collaborating with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Sourcing and Attracting Qualified Candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Maintaining Accurate Employee Records ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Managing HRIS Systems to streamline HR processes and reporting.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in HR with a focus on talent acquisition and management.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • A keen eye for talent with the ability to identify high-quality candidates.
