About the Role
  • Promote The First Group's offerings to visitors in shopping complexes, hotels, and airport terminals.
  • Work six-hour shifts, six days a week, to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Demonstrate the benefits of property ownership in Dubai and invite clients for office tours.
  • Generate contact details of potential clients.
  • Earn a competitive salary, industry-leading commission, and attractive cash bonus awards.
Requirements
  • A confident, positive, and friendly personality.
  • Previous experience in promotions or sales.
  • Ability to connect and communicate effectively with people.
  • Career-oriented team player.
  • Fluent English is essential, with native Arabic, Russian, or French language skills a plus.
