Main Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure a seamless check-in experience for guests, including processing bookings and handling special requests.
  2. Co-ordinate table reservations, optimize seating arrangements, and maintain accurate records.

  4. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Club's products and services, promoting them to members and guests.

  6. Keep accurate and confidential member records, updating information regularly and maintaining discretion as required.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a reception or hospitality role at a high-end establishment.
  2. Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
  3. Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with colleagues and clients.
