Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Corporate Strategy team and Internal Consulting team to analyze market trends and develop data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Bridge the gap between our Strategy team and Intelligence and Consumer Research teams to consolidate and analyze relevant market information.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business needs of our various Business Units and brands to support the development of market presentations and extract key insights.
  • Lead the development of flagship reports from scoping to execution and presentation.
  • Recommend new tools and methodologies for data analysis to enhance departmental capabilities.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of the luxury, beauty, and fashion retail industries with a strong understanding of strategic business needs.
  • Ability to connect the dots using various data sources, including industry reports, research tools, and companies' financial reports.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to work with complex data from multiple sources and transform it into strategic insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
