Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our team at Dubai Airports. As a key member of the Corporate Affairs department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all contracts are consistent with our goals and legal requirements.

In this role, you will lead the drafting, negotiation, and finalization of bespoke contracts with our suppliers and customers. You will also develop and manage service level agreements with various business units within Dubai Airports, ensuring that the terms meet operational needs and legal standards.

You will be responsible for investigating legal claims and complaints related to our suppliers and customers, as well as allocating and supervising legal work orders to ensure that legal counsel is efficiently directed towards priority tasks and objectives.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Law
  • 6 months - 3 years of relevant experience
  • 5 - 7 years of overall experience
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE federal and local laws, particularly those pertaining to the aviation industry
  • Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts
  • A valid license to practice law issued by an approved regulatory body
