  • Provide practical assistance in developing functional and physical architectures, aligning them with project goals and client needs.
  • Contribute to the creation of thorough verification and testing plans, ensuring they are comprehensive, dependable, and adhere to the highest quality standards.
  • Assess and oversee the utilization of Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) tools to maximize benefits and stay updated on the latest advancements in the field.
  • Guide and mentor System Engineers and System Design Engineers on the effective application of MBSE tools, offering continuous technical support and advice.
  • Lead the System Architecture team, providing direction, support, and mentorship to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes.
  • Integrate advanced MBSE tools and methodologies into the System Design process, enhancing modeling capabilities and overall system architecture.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years in System Architecture, particularly in missile systems, with expertise in Requirement Management & System Engineering tools.
  • Preferred: Over 15 years of experience in System Architecture within a missile production environment. Certification in relevant System Engineering tools and methodologies is advantageous.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
