About This Role
This position is a great opportunity to join our Financial Operations team and contribute to the success of our business. As a Fund Administrator, you will manage the production of client quarterly and annual reporting and related accounting activities. The successful candidate will perform reviews of client quarterly and annual reporting and related accounting activities, ensuring deliverables are produced and reviewed to a high standard and delivered in a timely manner. Key responsibilities include reviewing annual financial statements, overseeing clients' audit process, calculation and processing of fund capital calls and distributions, building excellent working relationships with clients, and ensuring all work undertaken complies with relevant regulatory requirements and anti-money laundering regulations.

Key Accountabilities
• Manage production of client quarterly and annual reporting and related accounting activities
• Perform reviews of client quarterly and annual reporting and related accounting activities
• Ensure reporting deliverables are produced and reviewed to a high standard and delivered in a timely manner
• Review annual financial statements
• Oversee clients' audit process
• Calculation and processing of fund capital calls and distributions
• Build excellent working relationships with clients
• Ensure all work undertaken complies with relevant regulatory requirements and anti-money laundering regulations

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need relevant experience of 5-8 years in a similar role incorporating the above functions. You should also have knowledge of Private Equity fund structures and the fund administration industry, as well as understand Regulatory requirements of Private Equity funds. Additionally, you will possess professional degree in accounting or finance, quick grasp and implement knowledge, strong MS office skills including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and excellent interpersonal and written communications skills.
