  • Client Communication: Ensure that client-specific SOPs are communicated within the organization to provide agreed service levels to customers.
  • Industry Knowledge: Market knowledge relating to Freight Forwarding industry.
  • Pricing and Customs: Knowledge of pricing procedure and desks involved for all kinds of business including tenders/RFQs, customs documentation, import & export customs requirements and rules, and knowledge of Local Market Service Requirements.
