Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with each and every one of our 100 platinum members, understanding their individual needs, preferences, and interests.
  • Personalized Service: Greet and assist members upon entrance, take their orders, and make them feel welcome and at home in our club.
  • Support and Assistance: Provide support and assistance to members with any and all queries, including but not limited to food and beverage orders, simulator rentals, restaurant reservations, taxi pickups, event bookings, and more.
  • Waitstaff Services: Provide exceptional waitstaff services to members and their guests in the Platinum Members Lounge.
  • Face of Platinum Membership: Serve as the face of Platinum membership for members, providing recommendations, troubleshooting, and support for all things related to their membership.
  • Site Tours and Field Membership Queries: Provide site tours and support with field membership queries.
  • Event Hosting: Support hosting corporate and platinum member events when necessary.

Requirements:

  • High-end waitstaff customer service experience.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of high-end hospitality and customer service standards.
