Key responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining an effective filing system for sponsorship and event organization.
  2. Identifying and maintaining a database of potential sponsors for events.
  3. Negotiating with potential sponsors to secure advantageous arrangements.
  4. Socializing with potential sponsors and clients.
  5. Formulating correspondence related to sponsorship proposals and negotiations.
  6. Assisting in handling events with hotel departments to ensure branding is maintained.
  7. Maintaining relationships with media outlets to encourage coverage of events and promotions.

  10. Taking photographs of internal functions, banquets, conference events, and VIPs.
