The Role:

You will be responsible for:

  • Deal Sourcing & Execution: Identify and evaluate high-potential private equity opportunities, working closely with senior team members to execute deals.
  • Financial Analysis & Valuation: Conduct rigorous financial modeling and valuation analysis to support investment decisions.
  • Due Diligence & Structuring: Lead key aspects of the due diligence process, engaging with advisors and industry experts to assess risks and opportunities.
  • Investment Recommendations: Develop investment memos and presentations for internal decision-making committees.

Candidate Profile:

  • 3-4 years of experience in private equity or a related field
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, with a commercial mindset and ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
