Job Description
This role involves overseeing the operational aspects of private equity funds, ensuring that all key processes are included in operational policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of different stages of the life cycle of private equity structures, including waterfall models and catch-up and equalization concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and implement fund-specific models in line with the offering documents of the fund.
- Develop a strategic operational plan based on the company's short- and long-term business direction and needs as well as global best practices.
- Ensure that all operational-related service providers are properly managed following internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Lead, manage, and perform special projects as requested by management.
- Oversee and lead the operation for the private equity business.
Requirements
- A university degree in accounting, finance, business, or economics is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of offering documents of the PE funds.
- Strong industry knowledge with proven management experience.
- Ability to work to and meet agreed deadlines.
